GRANDMASTER CAZ - MC DELIGHT
Caz was one of the original South Bronx crew and member of the Cold Crush Bros….and in this rap he tells the story of how the Sugar Hill Gang lifted (without permission/acknowledgment/coin) his rhyme for “Rappers Delight”.
Caz now runs “Hush Tours” in the Bronx…..sensational hip hop tours of the Bronx, Brooklyn, Harlem and Queens. In 2009 my family was lucky enough to visit New York and do a tour with Caz….he was hilarious and the tour was a highlight…sitting out the front with Caz at the apartment block in Sedgwick Avenue in the South Bronx where DJ Kool Herch threw the first “break” party was a one in a million experience.
