COPYRIGHT INQUIRY - AUSTRALIAN LAW REFORM...
We are very fortunate to have Professor Jill McKeough giving the Opening Address at the Forum.
Professor McKeough is the Australian Law Reform Commissioner undertaking the current review into Australian Copyright Law.
Importantly, this inquiry is to consider whether there ought to be further exceptions in the Copyright Act to:
recognise fair use of copyright material;
